This day didn't start out as planned. We wanted to take the girls to a kids "amusement park" that we had seen advertised. When we arrived, we found out that it's really for older kids and it wouldn't be worth the money it costs. So we decided to check out the hotel pool once again. The water was still ice cold, but we made it fun.
From time to time Karis wanted to soak in the sun like Mommy.
Eliana is modeling the princess floaties that she wears in the deep end.
One time I needed to get something from our room so I took this picture from above, watching Karis play with the sand toys.
In the late afternoon we took the girls to the local theatre to watch the new Cinderella movie. Before the movie started Kevin took Karis to the bathroom and then they stopped off to get some popcorn and drinks. The previews had just come on when they entered the theatre and Karis was so enamored at the sight she almost couldn't walk all the way to our seats because she kept stopping and looking at it. I wish I had got her face on camera!
The town where we are staying is a very small place. The movie theatre was in an old theatre with balcony seating and box seats. They just put up a screen and the projector. It was great and we loved watching the movie. Strange though, they stopped the movie in the middle for a 10 minute intermission. After the movie was over and we were walking back to our car Eliana told me that she liked the movie, but she liked the Frozen short film at the beginning more.
